Last year (2025-2026) had no rating words. The seven dimensions were scored
1–5 as bare numbers — there was no “1 = …, 5 = …” legend anywhere on the form, and none in
the system’s source. The wording “1 = concern, 5 = exceptional” is new this season.

How I checked it (so you can re-run it)
- The running old system is still up on the server. Its form text was read live: it contains the dimension names and “Interview Recommendation”, and contains zero occurrences of any rating word.
- The old system’s source renders the buttons as bare numbers — no label element exists:

urology_reviews, where the seven dimensions are stored as plain integers (preference,pressure,underserved,leadership,academic,research,personal, each constrained 1–5). There is no column anywhere that has ever held rating words. - The dates line up. All 147 reviews for that cycle were entered 2–15 October 2025 — about a year before this portal existed — so they were scored on the form shown above.
